Lighting Advice
All our light fittings must be fitted in accordance with the current IEE wiring regulations and building regulations.
We strongly recommend you employ a qualified NICEIC-registered electrician, and that our product's installation guide is always followed.

Outdoor Lighting
When buying a light for outdoors or for the bathroom you need to check the IP rating. The higher the rating, the more protected it is. It is important to understand the rating by which bathroom and some outdoor lights are classified. IP rating stands for "Ingress Protection" and is always followed by two numbers. These numbers refer to the level of protection and it is important that you choose fittings with the correct rating according to where they are to be sited within the bathroom or outdoors.
